Please use libseccomp-dev B-D only on architectures where it
actually exists (i.e. is not in state uncompiled).

webkit2gtk is a B-D for glade, which is depended on by the
Xfce stack, as far as I can tell, whose t64 transition this blocks.

Might be useful to consider not depending on webkit2gtk in glade
for more architectures, especially these where the ratio of the
amount of users of the webkit integration by the chance of the
webkit packages being kept up to date is small; I see glade does
already have a mechanism to not use webkit on Itanic for example.

Feel free to reassign or clone-and-reassign depending on which
of these could get implemented.
